TPR Platform

OECD-aligned benchmarking, on demand

Benchmarking Data Packs in hours, not weeks

TPR runs the search, screening and statistics for your transfer pricing studies — every decision explained, every pack reviewed by a human expert before delivery.

How it works

  1. 1

    Describe the transaction

Create a project, add the entities and the controlled transaction. Upload agreements — the AI extracts pricing signals for you.

  2. 2

    AI pipeline runs the study

Four AI agents debate method and strategy, then a deterministic engine screens the comparables universe and computes the arm's length range.

  3. 3

    A human reviewer approves

No pack leaves the platform without sign-off from a qualified TP reviewer. Every override is logged and justified.

  4. 4

    Download the Data Pack

An OECD-aligned pack in PDF and Excel — with live formulas a tax inspector can recalculate, in English or Spanish.

Frequently asked questions

Is the study OECD-compliant?
Yes. The methodology follows the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines: Chapter III comparability analysis, interquartile range (¶3.57), loss-maker exclusion (¶3.65) and multi-year data (¶3.75–3.79). Every screening decision is logged and attributable.
Where does the company data come from?
Only official APIs and licensed databases. Each pack snapshots its source data immutably, so the study reproduces byte-for-byte years later — for example during a tax audit.
Does a human check the results?
Always. A qualified transfer pricing reviewer examines the comparable set, can override any decision (with a mandatory justification) and must approve the run before a final pack can exist.
How long does a benchmark take?
The AI pipeline finishes in minutes; human review typically completes within 48 hours. Urgent 24-hour delivery is available.
Which jurisdictions are supported?
Spain and the United Kingdom at launch, with jurisdiction screening policies configurable per tax authority. Germany and France are next.
