These terms govern the use of the TPR Platform for AI-assisted transfer pricing benchmarking with mandatory human review.

1. 1. Service description — comparable company search, screening, statistical analysis and Benchmarking Data Pack generation.
2. 2. Professional responsibility — packs support, but do not replace, professional judgement; the human reviewer approval workflow is part of the service.
3. 3. Subscriptions and on-demand purchases — plan quotas, overage charges and refund policy.
4. 4. Intellectual property and acceptable use.
5. 5. Liability, warranties and governing law (Spain).
